Marc Waldman:
Marc Waldman: Partner
Marc Waldman has more than 25 years of experience in advising and operating specialty finance, para-medical and light manufacturing and distribution companies. Mr. Waldman was the Chief Revenue Officer for Raiseworks a Fintech Company. Previously he co-founded Sutton Park Capital a subsidiary PennantPark Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: PNNT) and focused on aggregation and securitization of Structured Settlements. He previously co-founded/operated several specialty finance companies including: LawStreet Capital, Lawcash, Structured Settlement Investments, LLC; all firms generally in the legal finance space including structured settlements, pre-and post-settlements, loans and advances to law firms. Mr. Waldman Co-founced Orthomedical Products which merged with Andover Medical a public company in the orthopedic space Mr. Waldman ran M&A for Andover Medical. Mr. Waldman graduated from State University Of New York, Brockport with a B.S. in Finance in 1986.

Stephen Chen is a Partner at Kentmoore Capital. He is a leading provider of real estate and litigation finance solutions. Clients trust him to help them navigate both real estate and the new economics of law. He focuses specifically on asset based lending with an expertise in litigation finance, insurance-linked assets, real estate mortgages, and factoring.

He was previously head of direct investments for a New York-based family office. The family focused on hospitality and specialty finance (high end pawn loans). Previously, he lead the Emerging Markets Investment Banking team at Oppenheimer Investments AG. Prior to Oppenheimer, Stephen was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan.

Stephen is a member of the US Chamber of Commerce in New York City. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, New York Investment Network, Queens Economic Development Corporation Business Plan Judge, and Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE).

Scot Weisberg:
Scot Weisberg:Managing Director Special Situations
Mr. Weisberg has a 30-year track record of investing, restructuring, operating, and successfully creating solutions for client-borrowers and investors alike. Most recently, Mr. Weisberg was the co-founder and CFO of Infinite Reality a Metaverse building company that was purchased by Newbury Street Corp (NBST) in 2023 for $1.7 billion (closing Q4 2023). As the CFO, Mr. Weisberg was responsible for the complete back-office, operational buildout of Infinite Reality. Previous to this he was President of Trajus Surfaces, a $70 million building products business that sold solid surfaces (marble, quartz, granite etc) to the residential and building communities through their 10 locations on the east coast. Mr. Weisberg built Trajus through a roll-up of 5 independent businesses while he was the Head of Special Situations at White Oak Global Advisors. In addition to Trajus Mr. Weisberg restructured a large portfolio of very distressed credits across several industries including Agriculture, Trucking, Oil & Gas, Technology, Media and building products to name a few. He was also responsible for the creation of Demkota Ranch Beef which today generates over $1 billion in revenue and over $100 million of ebitda annually. This 400,000 sq./ft facility was started with a team of four people which Scot led through an extensive re-start and re-fit process hiring over 800 people in the first 2 years. Before his years at White Oak Scot spent over 20 years underwriting, restructuring and managing over $3 billion in assets for special situations and direct lending firms such as Fortress, Candlewood, CIFC and CIT. Scot holds a BS in finance from the University of Rhode Island.
Kevin Butler:

Kevin has more than 26 years of experience on Wall Street and private banking. He was the head of global markets for Fleet Bank. Previously held the position of Client advisor at US Trust Bank of America and spearheaded the buildout of the Manhattan private banking effort for PNC Bank. He previously held the position of partner at Kellogg Group, where he focused on Capital Markets as well as development of new trading strategies.

Mr Butler holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli school of business and an undergraduate degree majoring in Finance from Fordham University. He has held Board of Trustee positions for several non profit institutions in academia as well as healthcare.

Lisa Weltz:

Lisa Weltz has built brands and created effective marketing programs for financial service start-ups and Fortune 100 companies. Lisa was on the ground floor of building the destination club industry; serving as CMO at Quintess, Dream Catcher and Everlands. Her 19-year tenure at TIAA-CREF included managing multiple marketing and business strategy groups and advising the CEO. She has a BS from Cornell University in Business Management and Marketing and an MBA from Fordham University in Finance.
Colton Wright:

Mr. Wright brings years of experience advising clients on M&A and public and private equity and debt transactions. He was previously Vice President for a middle market boutique investment bank in NYC (Needham & Company) where he played leading roles on over 10 IPO and equity offerings totalling over a billion dollars, and 5 M&A transactions. He also assisted in raising over $10 billion in high yield and investment grade capital for many Fortune 500 companies in the capital markets group at ABN AMRO in NYC. Mr. Wright studied Quantitative Finance at Columbia University in NYC, holds an MBA with a concentration in derivatives and financial engineering from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Business Administration from Illinois State University.

Ms. Hermann worked for Sutton Park Capital Plaintiff Support Services, Counsel Financial and several other specialty finance companies including: LawStreet Capital, Lawcash, Structured Settlement Investments, LLC and Vialegal Finance; all firms generally in the legal finance space including structured settlements, pre-and post-settlements, loans and advances to law firms. Ms Hermann graduated from University of Pittsburgh.
